The challenge

Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Accuserv provides its partners with the ability to focus on their core business by holistically managing design, product sourcing and specification, project management, procurement negotiation, distribution, and logistics for facility materials along with print and collateral pieces. Our role was to effectively deliver this message to their partners by integrating our expertise in design and technology.

Our Spectruss team re-evaluated the entire Accuserv business model and developed a brand new identity and strategy for the company, positioning them as a leader in their industry. We began by modernizing their overall appeal, revamping their logo, and giving them a brand new website,

We worked with Accuserv’s leadership team to develop a solution for their prominent partners that would simplify their supply chain process. This was accomplished by building customized e-commerce websites for their partners to easily order products specific to their brand. Our team integrated WooCommerce API to their Netsuite system to build a customized experience for each partner’s online ordering ecommerce site. The list includes 21 C Museum Hotels, Texas Roadhouse, and Atria Senior Living, to name a few.
With this new capability, we developed multiple B2B campaigns to introduce the system to their existing and potential partners, landing them new accounts to their portfolio.

As an out-of-house creative team for Accuserv, we worked together with the company on building internal and external marketing to give more prominence to the breadth of services and solutions that they provide. From trade shows, presentations, digital media, print, and email campaigns, we have changed the entire landscape of Accuserv and maximized their overall potential.
