The challenge

Medical spas are one of the fastest-growing industries in America today. So how do you successfully position a new medical spa brand in a fast-paced, dynamic marketplace? In 2019, The Plastic Surgery Group hired Spectruss to help them do just that- successfully launch their new medical spa center, Refine Aesthetic Studio.


Our team began the project with market research to identify Refine Aesthetic Studio’s competitors and target audience. From our research, we positioned their brand through cohesive website design and social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.

We coined the tagline ‘Beauty Begins Here’ to reflect Refine Aesthetic Studio’s mission to help clients feel like the most beautiful version of themselves. This brand messaging was kept consistent throughout all channels to strengthen the new spa’s brand identity.
To set the studio apart, we designed a beautiful, fully-responsive website with e-commerce capabilities to offer online ordering for Refine Aesthetic Studio’s skincare lines. This convenient online shopping experience gave customers an easy way to purchase skincare products sold by the spa.

Upon opening, Refine Aesthetic Studio experienced significant traffic to the studio as well as their online store. And in just three months, the studio’s Instagram following increased by 152%.
