NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Spectruss is looking to add a self-motivated, reliable and talented individual to lead our new business development. This position is responsible for organizing and leading the sales strategy for Spectruss. The New Business Developer will work with the senior team to develop sales funnel strategy, as well as custom proposals. This role is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This person must also be comfortable and motivated to visit new potential clients around the Chattanooga area in person to develop the business relationship. Gift giving, hand written notes, social media engagement, phone calls, text messages and emails will all be utilized to connect with potential new clients. We will select a candidate who adds to our management team and is considered a company leader and asset.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Must have experience selling within the marketing and advertising field
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be self-driven & highly motivated
  • Experience in analytics tools for developing pitches for potential clients
  • Experience working with a CRM (We use GHL)
  • Experience working within a digital sales funnel
  • Proven track record setting and achieving goals

Responsibilities

  • Master lead generation first hand as you hone your selling and communication skills
  • Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
  • Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals
  • Qualify prospective customers in need of marketing services
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be self-driven & highly motivated
  • Strong work ethic a must
