We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our marketing team. As the Project Manager, you will work alongside clients to plan and execute projects for the company. In this role, you will be effectively coordinating resources, schedules and project deliverables all while handling any additional tasks requested by the CEO.   • Function as the main point of contact for the clients
  • Keep open lines of communication between other Spectruss employees / contractors and the clients
  • Perform important administrative functions for client projects, which might include:
    • Updating the project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, making phone calls to vendors and suppliers, responding to emails and writing progress reports to the project team
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Research and analyze data as required, specifically analytics for end of the month campaign reports
  • Tracking and reporting project progress
  • Performing other duties assigned by the CEO in an orderly and efficient manner
  • Continuing education in the marketing and advertising field, including but not limited to: Google Ads certified, Hubspot certified, Facebook certified
  • Answering the main phone line for Spectruss


  • 2+ years experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in learning new software such as Basecamp, Google Analytics, WordPress, Agency Analytics, etc
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Spectruss is looking for an experienced writer, who is comfortable in both SEO content creation and copywriting. The ideal candidate’s portfolio will show informative, relevant content for websites and blogs, as well as effective copy for emails, marketing pieces and social media. This individual should understand website search intent and search engine optimization, as well as have a firm understanding of target audiences and how to write accordingly. This candidate will work with the creative team on all strategic initiatives for the company.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, new media, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in content/copywriting
  • Knowledge or experience in the marketing and advertising industry
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO
  • Experience in SEM Rush or similar tool for content creation and research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

  • Write clear and error-free content for the website that reflects the company’s voice

  • Research and compile information for website, blog posts and press releases on pertinent industry topics for all product lines
  • Collaborate with statewide team members on projects and tasks
  • Meet project deadlines and update Project Manager on progress, as needed
  • Assist the Project Manager with tasks/projects, as needed
  • Work closely with creative team members on all content and copy-editing needs
  • Learn all company offerings and aspects of the business being developed and marketed


Spectruss is looking to add a self-motivated, reliable and talented individual to lead our field sales and marketing team. This position is responsible for organizing and leading the sales strategy for Spectruss. The Sales Team Leader will work with the senior team to develop sales funnel strategy, as well as custom proposals. This role is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. We will select a candidate who adds to our management team and is considered a company leader and asset.
