The challenge
Cosmetic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic procedures are one of the fastest-growing industries in America today. In 2019, The Plastic Surgery Group added Refined Aesthetic Studio as a non-surgical branch to their roster of services. With the new addition of the aesthetic studio, having multiple names under The Plastic Surgery Group made it challenging for the brand to position their presence online and for the public to identify the company as one.
Solution
For years, The Plastic Surgery Group has been using “refinedlooks.com” as their website url, which also contributed to more disconnection with the Plastic Surgery Group brand. With an already established online presence, we began the process of rebranding by using RefiendLooks as the predominant name to identify their brand split in two categories of plastic surgery and medical spa. RefinedLooks Plastic Surgery and RefinedLooks Spa were born.
Our team designed a brand new identity for RefinedLooks Plastic Surgery and Spa inspired by their beautiful office at the heart of Chattanooga’s riverfront. We brought the colors and textures from their interior space and translated the physical experience to the design of their logo and their new website.
The brand new site was designed to unify all aspects and services being offered at RefinedLooks for both cosmetic surgeries and non-surgical procedures.
Educating their potential clients was also a crucial part of the rebrand to find the right procedure that will work best for them. A high level of visual communication was carefully implemented to organize informational materials to the site.
Our team also manages all monthly campaigns for RefinedLooks from content creation, social media promotions, including video production and photography, email campaigns and promotional print items. We’ve also worked with RefinedLooks on events and PR campaigns.
Since working with RefinedLooks, they have now opened new offices in Dalton, GA, Scottsboro, AL, a second office in Chattanooga, and coming soon to Cleveland, TN.
