TW Properties was looking for a new agency to give their identity a brand new look and elevate their brand. They also needed a website to showcase their residential, commercial and international properties, with a full MLS search functionality. They also needed real estate signage and print deliverables to reflect the new brand.
To give TW Properties a competitive look from other real estate groups, we began developing their new identity with a brand new logo that is memorable, modern and meaningful. Using the letterforms of “TW” we designed a brand that boldly represents real estate.
Our team developed all new deliverables using the new branding that included new stationeries, digital signatures, print deliverables and real estate signage in a variety of sizes.
We also designed and developed a new website for TW Properties for residential, commercial and property management. All websites included a customized MLS search functionality for both residential and commercial. TW Properties’ international properties are also presented on their website.
Our team also managed the launch of their new social media platforms and ran email campaigns.
