Since 1998, Sam has explored racing various machines, from Mountain Bike and Road Bikes, to Formula cars and UTVs. In 2019, he bought his first motorcycle, a KTM 250 XCW, and quickly developed a passion for riding.

His progress in dirt biking was fueled by joining a group of riders at Aetna Mountain, where he was introduced to Hard Enduro. This demanding sport, combining trials and enduro riding, captivated him and taught him how to properly trash a motorcycle…

Over the past five years, Sam has competed in numerous Hard Enduros, hare scrambles, and enduros, achieving notable results, including 15th overall in 2022 and 23rd overall in 2023 at the TKO National Hard Enduro Championship. He currently races in the US Hard Enduro National series, SORCS Hare Scramble series and various other offroad races.
