HAND SURGERY CENTER
The challengeHayes Hand Center, part of the Plastic Surgery Group, was the third branch of the group to follow the re-branding process after we worked on RefinedLooks Plastic Surgery and RefinedLooks Spa. The challenge was to give the brand a new identity to represent its segment from the umbrella of practices and keep the cohesion with the rest of the group.
SOLUTION
After re-branding RefinedLooks Plastic Surgery and RefinedLooks Spa, we translated a similar style to the Hayes Hand Center brand that is cohesive with the new identity of the Plastic Surgery Group. We worked on a variety of promotional materials to feature the refreshed Hayes Hand Center to introduce to their new and existing clients.
Our team also produced a new brand package that included new signage, new business cards, appointment cards, print brochures and branded scrubs for the hand therapists.
The Hayes Hand Center website was also completely redesigned and linked with all of the Plastic Surgery Group’s websites. Our team worked on designing a better user experience for patients and partners to learn all of the services that Hayes Hand Center provides. We also gave all of the therapists a new headshot to learn more about the team and the great service they provide to their patients.
