Cosmetic surgery and non-surgical aesthetic treatments are among the fastest-growing industries in the U.S. In 2019, The Plastic Surgery Group responded to this demand by launching Refined Aesthetic Studio, a non-surgical branch created to complement their established surgical services.
While the expansion was strategically sound, it introduced brand confusion. With multiple names—The Plastic Surgery Group, Refined Aesthetic Studio—and a website under RefinedLooks.com, patients struggled to understand the full range of services or recognize the practice as a cohesive brand.
To solve this, our team unified the brand under one clear identity, and began their rebranding process, designed a brand new websites and worked on monthly marketing campaigns. As a result, within just one year, we helped them grow and expand to five locations, driven by increased demand and a strong, unified brand.


Our team began by aligning the brand under a single, streamlined identity: RefinedLooks. From there, we created two distinct categories within the brand, RefinedLooks Plastic Surgery and RefinedLooks Spa, making it easier for clients to navigate their services and understand the full scope of care.
We pulled inspiration from their stunning Chattanooga office and used the interior textures, colors, and atmosphere to influence the design of their new logo and website. The site brought together both the surgical and spa services with clean navigation, thoughtful content structure, and a calm, professional feel that mirrored their in-person experience.
Client education was another key goal. We focused heavily on organizing information to help users make confident decisions, whether they were exploring cosmetic surgery or researching non-surgical treatments. Every element of the site was built to reflect clarity, trust, and aesthetic professionalism.
Our team produced full campaign content, managed social media promotions, print campaigns, directed branded photo shoots with their team, filmed educational videos with surgeons and aestheticians, crafted targeted email campaigns, designed multiple billboards, both digital and print, and supported seasonal event marketing from concept to execution.
RefinedLooks now has a clear brand presence that reflects their scale, professionalism, and the level of care they provide, and the business has since expanded with new locations in Dalton, GA, Scottsboro, AL, and another in Chattanooga, with Cleveland, TN.
