Royal Highnies is a luxury loungewear brand, selling to both individual customers and wholesale boutiques. They came to us because they wanted to increase their brand awareness and needed a brand new e-commerce site. This site had to be modern, fully functional, and easy for everyone to use. Since their products are sold in high-end boutiques worldwide, Royal Highnies also needed a website that could handle wholesale orders and make tracking and managing those orders much simpler.
We partnered with Royal Highnies to modernize their brand from the ground up, starting with a fully redesigned e-commerce website that reflects the timeless comfort and quality their products are known for. To ensure a consistent and elevated visual identity, we directed seasonal lifestyle photoshoots that captured the brand’s laid-back luxury in everyday moments. These images were not only used across Royal Highnies’ social media platforms, but also packaged into a branded media kit for retail partners to use in their own marketing.
In addition to lifestyle content, we overhauled all product photography for the website, bringing cohesion and polish to the entire catalog.
While building the new site, we launched monthly digital campaigns designed to drive traffic to a temporary online pop-up store, allowing customers to shop seamlessly even before the full launch. The results were immediate: Royal Highnies saw a significant rise in both sales and social engagement. By the time the new website went live, consumer sales had already increased by 25%, with wholesale orders up by 10%.
