Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our in-house team full-time at our Chattanooga office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects in the marketing and advertising industry, with a strong ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring seamless client communication. This role requires a self-starter who excels in a structured environment, irons out every detail, and contributes positively to our team dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for marketing and advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual sessions to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports using project management tools.
• Identify potential risks, proactively resolve issues, and ensure all project details are meticulously handled.
• Collaborate with team members in the office to foster a supportive, productive work environment.
• Track project performance using analytics tools and platforms to measure success and optimize future efforts.
• Occasionally contribute to fulfilling individual marketing services, such as campaign setup or content coordination, based on your expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in the marketing and advertising realm.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of being a self-starter who meticulously handles every detail.
• Strong interpersonal and team player abilities, with experience contributing effectively in an office setting.
• High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Comfortable with in-person client meetings and phone consultations.
• Familiarity with project management software such as ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience fulfilling individual marketing and advertising services (e.g., social media management, SEO, PPC campaigns, or content creation).
• Proficiency or strong confidence in learning and utilizing platforms including Go High Level, Google Analytics, Google Business Suite, Slack, Agency Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Local to Chattanooga or willing to relocate (no remote options available).
