What inspired you to start your career in marketing/advertising?
Creativity has been a part of my life since I was a child. Many in my family are designers, painters, architects, or simply creative as a hobby. When it came time to choose a career, I wasn’t sure which creative path to take – architecture, graphic design, or even a wedding planner. I didn’t know how to begin, but I knew I wanted to end up doing something where I could explore my creativity and truly enjoy what I do. And I found it.
What do you enjoy most about working at Spectruss?
It is entirely fun, everybody is so creative, and our ideas are well received every time, also Sam is a nice guy and a good boss. He makes me care about this business since I can see every day how important this is for him, seeing him so passionate about it makes me want to grow and learn more and more every day.
How do you stay ahead of industry trends and innovations?
Over the years, my marketing consumption has grown significantly. I’ve fully embraced staying on top of trends, making it a part of my daily routine through both learning and applying marketing concepts in simple, everyday tasks. My social media feeds are constantly filled with marketing insights, as a content creator, it’s crucial for me to stay informed. I even watch movies that explore the marketing world and its larger cultural impact. In an industry like this, if you snooze, you lose, and that’s not a position I’m willing to be in.
What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on so far?
It’s always fun to update our own website, it’s like seeing different faces of the same project while never losing our way. We’re embracing a new era with the same essence, and that evolution is what makes it my favorite project to work on!
When you’re not working, what are your favorite hobbies?
In a daily basis either I’m watching movies or practicing my makeup skills. I also love traveling to small towns around, take photos and eat different dishes, spending time with friends and my cat. Last but not least, I love to get myself some flowers or plants.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself?
I have the silly (an unnecessary) capacity of remember every single birthday that people tell me. I still remember dates from people in my classroom when I was 8.
In another life, what would be your profession?
Actress or a movie director.
Movies/TV shows you would recommend.
The Office (It gets better after the S1, I swear), Fleabag, Behind Her Eyes (if you like massive plot twist). Now, for movies, I’m afraid that we will need to create another page on Spectruss just for that.
What was the first concert you’ve ever seen?
Miley Cyrus. That was my childhood idol and it was great!
Favorite food?
I’m a total cliché here, but it has to be sushi.
Top bucket list item?
Seeing the northern lights.
